This photo was taken near the Gorges du Diosaz, the rain had just stop and as I was walking in a quite darker forest a ray of light was illuminating that stone…

Here is that dragonfly I was speaking about in a previous post… This was actually my first attempt to take a photo of a dragonfly that day… because the screen at the back of my camera is so small I thought I missed it… and I proceeded to try for a further 30 minutes taking dragonflies as they were moving all the time… only to manage to take another good shot (the only one I thought at the time), 30 minutes later!!
In the end… I prefer that one… the first photo I took and thought was bad!

As I was getting ready to walk up a very steep mountain, a ladybird flew past me… as I rushed for my camera I missed it in flight… in fact a few days ago I managed to shot a Dragonfly like this… hence the idea!
Instead that ladybird decided to land to my feet… perfect timing for a photo

I took that photo just after a storm, that flower must have been hit pretty hard with the rain as it didn’t look too good… well… actually, I quite liked it!

This is not the first time I take a photo with prison like bars in front of a sky… in some ways I like the symbolism of that type of photo…

To finish off for now with my series of roofs’ photos, this one was taken from a guard hole. although it was a rainy day I think it was the best light I could get for that kind of photography…

I really enjoyed those old roof and found that part very interesting… a very nice contrast between an old and new roof, separated by a gutter which colors blend perfectly between the 2…
