March 2012 – UK, London
This was a great cake, that photo was taken after far too many drinks and trying to get the right focus was more challenging than it should have been… I liked how the bottom left was blurry, making the chocolate mousse even softer!

January 2012 – Mauritius
The mauritians call that Tec-Tec. We spent a few hours on a beach combing the sand for those little sea shells. All you have to do is to fry them with some butter… very tasty :)

September 2011 – Hampton Court, UK
This is not for the Vegetarian… I love how they are preparing food like in the old days not only for the show but also for the palace staff to eat. This is the biggest fireplace I ever seen too!

April 2011 – France, St Tropez
One of the symbol of St Tropez, even there you can get different type/version and this photo was of the type I prefer :)
It apparently only became a symbol of St Tropez because of Bridgitte Bardot who imported that receipe there!

April 2011 – France, St Tropez
I actually forgot my tea and when I looked I saw that high contrast in colour, I liked how it looked like a bull’s eye. You can just start to see the tea mixing with the water almost as if you could see 3 states/form of tea :)

April 2011 – France, St Tropez
That was actually an ice cream shop, but as you entered the shop all you could see what that sea of macarron :)
As soon as the lady working there saw me taking that shot she started to moan nicely that I shouldn’t really take photos inside her shop.
I don’t know how those macarron were, but the ice cream was delicious :)

March 2011 – France, St Etienne
That wall of clementine just makes me think about summer, even though this photo was taken in early March! Because it was early in the morning the sun was just at the right angle and intensity, making the contrast of the colors even more intense.

March 2011 – France, St Etienne
As I always shop in supermarket I tend to forget how nce some very simple things are… such as an old basket full of eggs :).
What was interesting is that opposite to this stand was a vendor who asked me question about my camera and especially my lenses… to my surprise he knew a lot about lenses!

March 2011 – France, St Etienne
What I tried to do with this photo is to slightly hide what is very obvious. So I focused on the meat rather than what it is called. I never came accross that type of sausage before! but I had to try… and it is quite good :)

March 2011 – France, St Etienne
This man is a small producter, he only has a few cattles and produces everything with his wife. It contrasted with some of the bigger farmers who had very high tech and large vans. All he had to offer was some dry sausages (Saucisson) and some Pâté… but his face was just showing goodness and simpleness. And that… is priceless!

March 2011 – France, St Etienne
As I went to the market quite early in the morning, the sun was just coming up and lighting up those food stalls, making all those colors so much much vibrant!

March 2011 – France, St Etienne
Those vegetable stalls were beautiful! I liked the difference in colors and shapes. Those potatoes almost look like they are hidding in the middle of all those vegetables… and the photo
